Termination Policy

​We reserve the right to terminate the physician-patient relationship for:

​

• ​Inappropriate behavior or language to staff or other patients.

• Frequent no-shows, last-minute or “retroactive” cancellations. People who continually fail to keep appointments prevent us from being able to offer those appointment slots to other patients.

• Repeated abuse of our office policies.

• Falsifying insurance or health information.

• Past due accounts when the patient’s family does not make an effort to pay on the account.

• Negative comments about our clinic on any social media.
  

• Publishing negative comments on social media about Paragould Pediatrics, Dr. Kristina Wenger, Sara Brown CPNP-PC etc. (via Facebook, Twitter, other social media outlets, E-mail, Online outlets)
